Job summary

Childwise ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. We train and support you to grow in the field, with opportunities to pursue RBT certification if desired.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, follow BCBA-created treatment plans, and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Flexible scheduling and meaningful work await.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Previous ABA or behavioral experience is a plus, but not required
• RBT certification is not required to apply
• Patient, dependable, and comfortable working with children
• Ability to follow instructions and implement treatment plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills
• Support children during structured activities and routines
• Build a positive, supportive relationship with each child
