Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ASD in Trenton, NJ. This role offers part-time hours, in-home, in-school, or in-clinic therapy, and a collaborative team dedicated to evidence-based ABA.

As an RBT, you will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect progress data, and work closely with families to promote consistent progress while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour RBT course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
