Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking warm, motivated individuals to provide ABA services to children and adolescents in the Los Angeles area. This role starts as part-time, 15–20 hours per week, with a path to full-time hours based on center needs and your availability.

Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 ABA services, implementing individualized plans, collecting data, and supporting programs in home and school settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (not required).
• Spanish speaker strongly needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
