Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is seeking caring RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will follow treatment plans created by a BCBA and enter session data electronically, while building strong relationships with children and their families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation required.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Passion for helping children succeed.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
