Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD, in home settings. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA, collect data, and maintain detailed session notes.

Valid RBT certification, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to multiple locations are required. The role offers competitive compensation and a supportive team environment geared toward growth and happiness.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Travel to locations as needed (up to 25%).
