Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing in-home team. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autistic behavioral challenges and support families in achieving goals.

You will implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team in a positive, supportive environment that fosters professional

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
