Job summary

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing ABA team serving Staten Island and the greater NYC area. We are looking for dependable team members to provide high-quality ABA services with meaningful growth opportunities.

You will perform 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, support communication and daily living skills, and document data under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children preferred.
• Basic understanding of ABA principles and data collection.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance.
• Experience with session notes writing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy at home to a client.
• Enter session notes and obtain signatures from parents/teachers.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and complete notes using Rethink.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families and the clinical team.
• Create a positive, engaging learning environment for each client.
