Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings across Staten Island, NY. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and work with families and team members to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.
