Job summary

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide at-home ABA therapy for an 8-year-old. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekday and weekend hours, and mentorship under BCBA supervision.

You will document progress, maintain session data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to build essential communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children preferred.
• Basic understanding of ABA principles and data collection.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance.
• Experience with session note writing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to an 8 year old boy at home.
• Enter session notes and obtain signatures from parents or teachers.
• Implement individualized BIPs under BCBA supervision.
• Support clients in communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and complete notes using Rethink.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and clinical team.
• Create a positive, supportive learning environment for each client.
