Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver direct ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings across Long Island, NY. You will work under BCBA supervision with a focus on data-driven progress and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism (ASD) or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA therapy techniques, behavior intervention, and data collection methods.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary ABA team.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Follow and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with consistency.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center-based settings.
• Perform accurate data collection, session notes, and documentation using the Rethink platform (within 24 hours).
• Track client progress through ABA data collection and behavior tracking systems.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and supervising BCBAs.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing RBT supervision sessions.
