Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in home-based sessions, delivering ABA therapy and building communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

You will collect data on goals, follow behavior plans with a BCBA, and support families by sharing progress updates; part-time, flexible afternoons/evenings, in Rahway, NJ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families with strategies and progress updates.
