Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in their homes. The role emphasizes data collection, treatment plan implementation, and collaboration with supervising BCBAs to support developmental progress.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification and are committed to a supportive team environment with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and ongoing clinical guidance

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the Home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
