Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD after school hours, starting at 3pm. This part-time role includes data collection, collaboration with families and supervisors, and ongoing training to support professional growth.

The position offers a flexible schedule, tuition assistance, and opportunities to advance to Lead RBT or Full Time RBT as you gain experience within our East Coast-based team.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA and ASD preferred.
• 1 year in Special Education preferred.
• Applied Behaviour Analysis knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behaviour-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviours and decrease challenging behaviours.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
