Links ABA Therapy, LLC is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from a BCBA.

The role is part-time with after-school and weekend availability, offering flexible afternoon/evening shifts and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA-based applications and interventions.
• Ability to collect and interpret session data for progress tracking.
• Collaborates with BCBA and families to implement plans.
• Demonstrates passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in home settings.
• Record treatment goals and progress during sessions.
• Work with supervising BCBA to carry out behavior plans.
• Share strategies and progress with families.
