Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is hiring an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD, under supervision. A valid RBT certification is required, with preference given to those with backgrounds in special education and ABA experience.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with potential to transition to full-time, and includes onboarding support to help you integrate with our team across the East Coast.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification Required
• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
