Job summary

Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to provide after-school 1:1 ABA services for children with autism and developmental differences. You will deliver 1:1 therapy, collect data, and support families in home and center settings under supervision from BCBA clinicians.

This role welcomes students, recent graduates, and those starting out in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• RBT is REQUIRED and certification preferred for insurance cases.
• Comfortable working in both center and in-home settings.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children, especially with autism or developmental delays, is a plus.
• Excellent communication, patience and empathy; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children under supervision from a BCBA.
• Collect and record behavioral data to track progress.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting clinical and insurance standards.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to grow clinical skills.
