Job summary

Nekton Autism, LLC is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians/RBTs to provide 1-1 ABA treatment in children’s homes in the New York area. Join a dedicated team delivering high-quality ABA services with flexible part-time hours and comprehensive training.

You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and communicate with families and supervising BCBA, while enjoying growth opportunities, including pursuing RBT certification and ongoing feedback.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ABA experience.
• Availability in the afternoon/early evening (Weekends a plus).
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) (Nice to have).
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Any other tasks outlined by a BCBA/LBA.
