Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in the New Hyde Park area. BTs provide 1-1, home-based applied behavior analysis in partnership with BCBAs to children from birth to 21 years old, delivering life-changing treatment in a flexible part-time or evening schedule.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, collecting progress data, and training families, with support from BCBA/LBA. Competitive pay and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors
• Assist with activities requiring physical effort to keep pace with children aged 2–15
