Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in New Jersey. You’ll help kids improve communication, social and independence skills while receiving hands-on supervision.

Responsibilities include delivering direct ABA therapy, data collection on progress, collaborating with a BCBA supervisor, and supporting families with strategies and updates. Flexible afternoons/evenings possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
