Qualifications

• Background check participation is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation and, where required, a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small-group ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow behavior protocols and document data accurately.
• Assist with parent/caregiver training and progress updates.
• Maintain safety and professionalism in all interactions.
• Keep materials prepared and the therapy environment organized.
