Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is an in-home ABA therapy agency seeking ABA Behavior Technicians/Therapists (BTs). You will work 1:1 with children in their home under BCBA supervision to implement BIPs and collect progress data.

The role offers flexible part-time hours after school, with potential weekend opportunities and mentorship to pursue RBT credentials. Your responsibilities include direct ABA services, data collection, and collaboration with our ABA professionals network to support

Qualifications

• RBT certification and crisis intervention training are preferred.
• Experience working with ASD and school-aged children is required.
• Ability to document progress notes and data aligned with treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in the child’s home.
• Move through individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP).
• Collect and chart data daily to track goals and inform interventions.
