Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique in-home ABA therapy agency providing one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in their home environments. BTs work under the supervision of BCBAs to implement individualized plans and collect progress data.

We offer part-time schedules after school and potential weekend shifts, with mentorship and opportunities to pursue the RBT credential while collaborating with a network of ABA professionals.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in process
• CPR, AED and First Aid training required
• Crisis Intervention and mandated reporter training beneficial
• Experience with ASD and developmental issues preferred
• Strong communication with families and team
• Punctual and reliable administrative habits
• Home-based ABA experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in the student’s home.
• Collect data and progress notes as per the BIP.
• Work under BCBA supervision to implement intervention plans.
• Support communication and collaboration with families.
