California Behavioral Treatment Center in Los Angeles is hiring caring individuals to provide ABA therapy for children and teens. You’ll implement plans, collect progress data, and support programs at home and in school. The role emphasizes compassionate, culturally responsive care and teamwork.

We offer part-time hours with a path to full-time, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, paid drive time between locations, and ongoing training plus growth opportunities within our growing center.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or a related field (not required).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a TB test.
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish speaker strongly needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
