Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is growing and seeking caring, dedicated people to provide individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County.

We offer flexible part-time hours (15–20 hrs/wk) to begin, with a path to full-time, mileage reimbursement, paid drive time, training, and ongoing professional development in a supportive, culturally responsive team. Opportunities for advancement are available as we grow.

Qualifications

• 1:1 ABA services in home, school and community settings.
• Maintain and record client progress data during sessions.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• TB test and fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish language ability strongly needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by supervising BCBAs.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Support ABA treatment programs by following protocols and reinforcing skill-building goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support meaningful outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional ethics.
