Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center in Los Angeles County is hiring warm, motivated people to provide ABA therapy to children and adolescents. This role offers 15–20 hours per week with a path to full-time as needs allow, plus mileage reimbursement and paid drive time between client locations.

You will collect data, implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and support treatment programs in home and school settings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (not required).
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a TB test.
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish speaker strongly needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
