Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring for ABA support roles in California. You will provide 1:1 ABA services to children, implement behavior plans, and collect progress data while supporting home and school programs.

Preference is given to candidates with a Bachelor's in related fields; a California driver’s license is required, and Spanish language skills are strongly valued. Part-time hours offer growth toward full-time with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or a related field (not required).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a TB test.
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish speaker strongly needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
