Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans under supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – commit to scheduled hours weekly.
• Track Progress – collect and record data to measure growth.
• Foster Learning and Growth – use structured activities to support client development.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – follow HIPAA and company policies.
