Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring to provide ABA services for children and adolescents in Los Angeles County. The role focuses on implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting progress data, and supporting treatments in home and school settings.

Qualified candidates may have a high school diploma, with a preference for a related bachelor’s degree. Bilingual Spanish skills and a valid CA driver’s license are strongly valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a TB test.
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish speaker strongly needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
