Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is expanding its team to provide compassionate ABA services to children and adolescents across Los Angeles County. You will work 1:1 with clients, support families, and follow individualized treatment plans within home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma – REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred but not required)
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass the TB test
• Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance
• Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Education

High School Diploma

Bachelor’s in ABA/Psychology/Child Development/ related field
