Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center seeks dedicated Behavior Interventionists to deliver 1:1 ABA services across Los Angeles County in home, school, and community settings. You will build communication, social, and self-help skills while implementing BIPs under supervision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred. A valid CA driver's license, TB test, and background clearance are required. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, child development, education, or related field preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass TB test.
• Criminal background check and fingerprint clearance required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with ASD.
