Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBT roles in North Carolina.

Take part-time positions with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with opportunities to enroll in complimentary RBT training and career advancement paths. Role involves working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families and clinicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions; lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience is a plus.
• Active engagement with clients, sit on the floor, and assist with transitions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
