Your Role As a Store Manager
  • Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. Provide personalized solutions for hair and beauty needs.
  • Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing operations, managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
  • Protect customers, staff, and assets by enforcing safety and security policies.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications To Be a Store Manager
  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year in sales management.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn, develop, and educate.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Passion for hair and beauty.

Legal and Physical Requirements
