Job summary

ProDims LLC in Kirkland, WA seeks a Doc Control professional to design and implement document control plans for the program. You will configure PMIS tools and train team members to ensure compliant, auditable documents.

You will also produce monthly KPI dashboards on cycle times and uphold strict version control and retention policies within the program’s systems.

Job description

• Paid vacation — 80–104 hours per year, based on tenure.
• Paid holidays — Nine per year; client-site schedules may vary.
• Paid sick leave — One hour for every 40 hours worked.

Doc Control is the spine of modern construction. You'll design the system, train the team, and be the reason the project passes audit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll own.

• 01 Design and implement document control plans
• 02 Configure e-Builder / PMWeb / Procore for the program
• 04 Train team members on system and workflow
• 05 Produce monthly KPI dashboards on cycle times
