Job description

Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to support mission‑critical logistics, sustainment, operational, facilities, training, and mission‑enabling activities in support of U.S. Government and Department of Defense objectives throughout the Indo‑Pacific region. Personnel in this role contribute to the planning, coordination, execution, and sustainment of complex operations in dynamic and geographically dispersed environments. The position supports operational readiness, resource integration, mission effectiveness, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and security requirements. Duties are performed in support of contingency, expeditionary, and steady‑state operations and may require coordination with Government personnel, mission partners, and cross‑functional teams to achieve program objectives.


Position Overview / Functional Role

This role coordinates the delivery of comprehensive training programs for the operation and planning of complex systems across global sites. Develops technical training documentation, manuals, and materials for classroom, on‑the‑job, and distance learning environments. Tailors logistics and instructional content for partner nations to ensure effective operation of defense and intelligence tools. Facilitates demonstrations and exercises that evaluate operator interfaces with systems in both normal and degraded modes. Manages training platforms and modifies onboard mission equipment to meet specific instructional objectives and mission requirements. Translates complex technical requirements into discipline‑specific language to support diverse military and host nation personnel. Oversees the integration of linguistic expertise and original equipment manufacturer engagement sessions into global training curriculums. Collaborates with subject matter experts to incorporate threat information and special operating considerations into tailored mission training. Monitors the readiness of training infrastructure to ensure the effective dissemination of technical knowledge and operational finders.

  • Work at various sites, both CONUS and OCONUS, with travel as required.

  • Perform duties associated with the assigned functional role.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
