Alakaʻi Services and Poe'hana Group, Inc. is seeking a dynamic individual to support mission-critical logistics and training events in the Indo-Pacific region. This role involves coordinating and executing training support activities while ensuring compliance with operational objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in logistics coordination and a strong problem-solving ability. You will work closely with government personnel and cross-functional teams to achieve mission effectiveness.
The purpose of this position is to support mission-critical logistics, sustainment, operational, facilities, training, and mission-enabling activities in support of U.S. Government and Department of Defense objectives throughout the Indo-Pacific region. Personnel in this role contribute to the planning, coordination, execution, and sustainment of complex operations in dynamic and geographically dispersed environments. The position supports operational readiness, resource integration, mission effectiveness, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and security requirements. Duties are performed in support of contingency, expeditionary, and steady-state operations and may require coordination with Government personnel, mission partners, and cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
This role coordinates training support for demonstrations, exercises, and operational events. Plans logistics and scheduling of training activities. Coordinates participation of personnel and resources. Tracks execution of training events. Resolves issues impacting demonstrations and exercises. Maintains documentation of training support activities. Coordinates with stakeholders and training teams. Supports successful execution of training events.
