asgi is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator in Honolulu, Hawaii, to support critical logistics and operational activities for the U.S. Government and Department of Defense. This position is vital for planning, coordinating, and executing operations across the Indo-Pacific region.
The ideal candidate will have over 11 years of experience in military or logistics operations, demonstrating expertise in managing complex assignments. Responsibilities include organizing resources, maintaining readiness, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve mission success.
The purpose of this position is to support mission-critical logistics, sustainment, operational, facilities, training, and mission-enabling activities in support of U.S. Government and Department of Defense objectives throughout the Indo-Pacific region. Personnel in this role contribute to the planning, coordination, execution, and sustainment of complex operations in dynamic and geographically dispersed environments. The position supports operational readiness, resource integration, mission effectiveness, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and security requirements. Duties are performed in support of contingency, expeditionary, and steady-state operations and may require coordination with Government personnel, mission partners, and cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
This role organizes arriving personnel, equipment, and materiel into forces and capabilities for onward movement or operations. Coordinates staging activities to align with deployment schedules and operational requirements. Tracks readiness of staged assets and personnel. Resolves issues affecting organization and preparation of resources. Coordinates with reception, movement, and logistics teams to maintain flow. Maintains visibility of staged capabilities and support requirements. Documents staging actions and resource status. Ensures staged forces are prepared for integration into operations.
