About The Role

At KONE, we are dedicated to improving the flow of urban life. As a Salesperson, you will play a key role in proactively managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals that maximize our order book and profitability. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on building trust, driving results, and contributing to a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture strong customer relationships within your area of responsibility.
  • Strengthen KONE’s position in your customer base and market area.
  • Generate and share leads and opportunities across the sales team (cross‑selling).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in collaboration with the KONE team.
  • Maintain accurate customer and contact information.
  • Drive leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales budgets and pricing targets.
  • Validate customer orders to ensure alignment with negotiated terms, quality, and safety standards.
  • Ensure smooth handover to installation, maintenance, and engineering teams with complete information.
  • Keep detailed records of opportunities, tasks, and visits.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support finance in payment collection.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Native Turkish is a must, and a good level of English is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust and positive relationships.
  • Customer‑focused mindset, ensuring satisfaction and taking responsibility for customer issues.
  • Proactive in information seeking, asking the right questions and utilizing available resources.
  • Persuasive communicator, able to present compelling arguments and handle objections effectively.
  • Demonstrated drive and persistence, maintaining motivation and overcoming obstacles to achieve goals.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, managing time, tasks, and resources systematically.
  • Proven ability in customer contacts, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Basic understanding of contractual and financial terms.
  • Active driver.
  • Living in Ankara.
