About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, automating, and analyzing reports to monitor sellers and cargo partners effectively. You will work with large datasets to extract insights, develop KPI‑focused analyses, and build models that support operational decision‑making. By providing clear reporting, visualisations, and data‑driven solutions, you will guide teams in identifying improvement areas and solving operational challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Create, analyse, and share daily, monthly, and annual reports with relevant teams
  • Perform instant tracking of performance reports on sellers and cargo partners, generating automated reports for the performance parameters. / automate the regular performance reports
  • Explore KPI improvement areas with granular analysis
  • Work with large datasets for data extraction, analysis, presentation, and visualisation
  • Create useful reporting, propensity models for the needs of the teams, evaluate the reporting requests and come up with solutions
  • Conduct analyses that guide the operation teams and solve their problems
Expected Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from engineering departments of reputable universities (preferably industrial engineering)
  • 1‑3 years of experience in related position (e‑commerce, operations experience, analysis & reporting)
  • Knowledge or genuine interest in the use of SQL or similar reporting tool (pref. Looker & Big Query, Data Studio or Tableau)
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail‑oriented and eagerness to learn
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (both written & oral)
