As part of our development plan, we are hiring for a permanent position:

Your Mission:

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Executing the strategy and action plan to expand CCPA's business (Premix, Feed Solutions, Functional ingredients, Farm specialties) in Türkiye, especially in the layer Business, in accordance with the company's principles and strategies, and in line with the goals set by the company management.
• Managing the sales, technical, and marketing activities in your area.
• Getting involved in sales activities with distributors; monitoring activities and performance of distributors.
• Developing relationships and direct sales with selected key accounts.
• Developing a good knowledge of markets/products/area/customers/competitors and their evolution.
• Providing the interface between customers and other units of the company (R&D, Formulation, Laboratory, etc.).

Education and professional experience

University or associated degree graduate, preferably in an agricultural or veterinary-related department.

Experience of 3-5 years in sales in the animal nutrition products industry, especially in the Layer Business.
