Job summary

Job description

We are seeking talented professionals to join our Project Management team, covering two technical domains: Powertrain and Electrical/Electronic Systems.

This single posting includes opportunities for two positions:

  • Project Chief

  • Project Responsible

Both roles are critical for delivering complex vehicle programs on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Chief
  • Ensure program objectives (cost, timing, quality) are met during development and serial life.

  • Manage engineering changes (OdM, ECR, FETE) and product configuration.

  • Lead HW/SW development activities with co‑design suppliers.

  • Prepare and monitor component development plans aligned with master program schedules.

  • Validate and test designs for current, derivative, and new model projects.

  • Report progress, identify risks, and propose countermeasures.

  • Coordinate technical evaluations with suppliers, purchasing, and R&D teams.

  • Ensure compliance with specifications and market regulations.

  • Manage APQP and PPAP processes for part approval and readiness.

  • Monitor quality issues and lead continuous improvement actions.

  • Drive benchmarking activities to identify new technologies and trends.

Project Responsible
  • Support project planning and ensure compliance with milestones.

  • Follow up on operational tasks and report project progress.

  • Assist in technical documentation and requirement analysis.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.

  • Monitor assembly line issues and ensure operability for test vehicles.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience in automotive project management, preferably in Powertrain or Electrical/Electronic Systems.

  • Knowledge of automotive development processes (APQP, PPAP, change management).

  • Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and suppliers.

  • Understanding of HW/SW development and supplier co‑design activities.

  • Familiarity with automotive standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience with PLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter, Enovia).

  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and reporting skills.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
