You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing solutions to customers, and documenting processes. Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self‑motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be part of our Graduate Program in Global Support Remote which is made up of teams that provide remote (off‑site) technical support, consultancy, post‑sales, and service delivery. Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers on complex systems.
