Overview

Reporting to the Logistics & Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing all field operations such as warehousing, distribution, logistics, and execution services for finished goods and visibility items. The specialist represents the first point of contact for Red Bull customers and provides support to internal customers and stakeholders. S/he is responsible for the supply chain execution of finished goods and visibility items and for the execution of the order to cash process (O2C).

3PL & Operations Management

Ownership of the O2C process for both finished goods and VISITs in SAP, including events and services of RB coolers/visibility items. Prepare route plans for daily shipments/deliveries and coordinate with 3PL logistics vendor. Create efficiencies and productivity with a continuous improvement mindset. Contribute to and assist daily invoicing operations. Validate 3PL invoices and contribute to the approval process. Coordinate internally and externally for fluent and issue-free operations. Ensure all systems are updated timely to reflect actual data. Ensure requested reports for daily and monthly activities. Articulate key performance indicators related to cost, performance and optimization and the insights associated with them. Track customer-perceived service level and customer satisfaction with proper reporting methodology. Proactively lead customer visits and periodic meetings. Work towards the resolution of logistical and operational issues originating from both the 3PL and the customer. Provide accurate and helpful information to support internal and external customers, acting as the interface with logistics providers for issues related to deliveries. Execute stock transaction entries in SAP. Execute stock count operations based on guidelines. Accountability for the accuracy of stock in the warehouses. Month/year end closing, execution, and monitoring of periodical tasks.

Project, Data Management and Reporting

Deliver routine daily customer service activities for finished goods and visibility items. Ensure sufficient reporting mechanisms and systems are in place and fully in use. Maintain systems and database integrity between 3PL and SAP. Document and update local processes. Manage projects when necessary.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing and customer service of finished products and visibility items in a multinational company
  • Experience of working in customer service, warehousing, logistics and transportation processes is a must
  • Experience of managing a 3PL vendor is a must
  • Working knowledge of SAP, TM (Transportation Management) and MS products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in creative thinking and development of innovative solutions to complex customer challenges
  • Experienced in managing large accounts on a regional level

Working knowledge of SAP R4 HANA is required. Active usage of MS Excel is required. Database management, macros, and coding skills are highly preferred. Attention to detail, results-driven, reliable, analytically strong, and a team player. English proficiency will be advantageous. Being a solution-oriented team player, dynamic and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent presentation preparation skills. A great team player with a self-initiative mindset. Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
