Job Description
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied and successful in using the company\'s products or services.
  • Analyse customer feedback and develop improvement suggestions.
  • Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Provide proactive support to increase product usage and customer satisfaction.
  • Track performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, retention, and usage frequency.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure fast and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Organise and manage customer training processes.
  • Provide support during the on boarding phase to ensure new customers adapt smoothly.
  • Create reports and analyse data to identify customer trends and needs.
  • Communicate customer expectations and experiences to internal teams.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, business administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, technical support, or account management.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Technical understanding and the ability to translate customer requirements to internal teams.
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or relevant reporting tools.
  • Good command of English.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented working style.
  • Experience in technical industries (e.g., manufacturing, software, electronics, etc.).
  • Experience in process improvement and customer journey design.
  • Knowledge of after-sales technical support processes.
