Job Description
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied and successful in using the company\'s products or services.
- Analyse customer feedback and develop improvement suggestions.
- Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling and collaborate with the sales team.
- Provide proactive support to increase product usage and customer satisfaction.
- Track performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, retention, and usage frequency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure fast and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Organise and manage customer training processes.
- Provide support during the on boarding phase to ensure new customers adapt smoothly.
- Create reports and analyse data to identify customer trends and needs.
- Communicate customer expectations and experiences to internal teams.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, business administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, technical support, or account management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Technical understanding and the ability to translate customer requirements to internal teams.
- Experience using CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or relevant reporting tools.
- Good command of English.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented working style.
- Experience in technical industries (e.g., manufacturing, software, electronics, etc.).
- Experience in process improvement and customer journey design.
- Knowledge of after-sales technical support processes.
