Job summary

Sütaş Group is seeking a Commercial Marketing Category Executive (Yogurt) to join the Commercial Marketing Category Group Management team in Istanbul. You will develop the yogurt product portfolio, pricing strategies, and shelf execution across all sales channels.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and advanced English. The role requires staying in or relocating to the Asian side of Istanbul and collaborating in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department.
• At least 7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Research-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Completed military service for male candidates.
• Currently residing in or willing to relocate to the Asian side of Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Developing product portfolio, distribution/listing, pricing, and shelf execution and display strategies across all sales channels.
• Developing channel and shopper plans, monitoring their execution in the field, and preparing relevant reports.
• Analyzing market opportunities and threats based on market research data and field feedback, and developing action plans accordingly.
• Managing product launch and list price change processes and leading category working groups.
• Contributing to the development of annual and monthly sales targets.
• Closely monitoring market dynamics, competitive activities, and consumer trends through field and store visits.
