Job summary

Kartaca in Turkey is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to support our Google Workspace offerings and boost commercial performance. You will work with the sales team to deliver technical presentations, PoCs, and tailor Google Workspace solutions to client needs.

The ideal candidate has a technical background, strong communication and presentation skills, and 4+ years in a B2B SaaS environment. Travel may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; track record of professional growth.
• Technical background in engineering or computer science is a plus.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and collaboration solutions is essential.
• 4+ years in a B2B environment dealing with SaaS, databases, analytics or applications.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace security and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with technical presentations and statements of work.
• Advocate and demonstrate Google Workspace value to prospects.
• Be a technical and business consultant before, during, and after implementations.
• Design and propose Google Workspace based solutions for customers.
• Prepare demos and PoC environments per customer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, engineering and customer relations teams.
• Work with Google Cloud to understand new features and communicate benefits.
• Understand complex customer needs on business and technical levels.
• Benchmark competitor solutions and communicate differentiators.
• Represent the company at conferences and trade shows if required.
