Envision Energy is seeking an experienced professional to win O&M service contracts and support project sales in the MEA region by delivering comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) service solutions. You will design, maintain and tailor O&M offerings, understand client requirements, review RFPs and collaborate with clients to promote O&M services.

Fluent English and the ability to work with diverse teams are essential.

Formación

• Experience in the wind power industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Able to collaborate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• International experience and background in engineering, business, finance, or law are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, maintain, and update the company’s O&M service offerings.
• Acquire and accurately understand client requirements.
• Review and provide feedback on project RFPs.
• Develop tailored O&M solutions for specific projects.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical input for project cost accounting and allocation.
• Participate in client interactions to promote the company’s O&M services.
• Support and/or participate in contract negotiations.
• Recommend O&M service KPIs and plan initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

1. Relevant experience in the wind power industry;
2. Proficient and fluent in English
3. Strong ability to perform under pressure;
4. Open-minded, able to collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds;
5. Preferred/Additional Qualifications: International experience; educational background in engineering; knowledge in business, finance, or law.
