Job summary

Haitian Group in Turkey seeks a professional to oversee CNC machinery warehouse operations including unpacking, inventory control, and coordinating loading and unloading tasks. The role involves collecting service reports, consolidating records, and following up on service quality.

Additionally, you will provide on-site operational support to Service Engineers during customer visits, including travel to sites and assisting with service activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, service coordination, logistics, or a related role is preferred.
• Hands-on and physically capable of performing warehouse tasks, including unpacking equipment and handling heavy components.

Job description

Oversee the warehouse management of CNC machines, spare parts, and related accessories, including coordinating equipment loading and unloading activities. Perform hands-on container unpacking tasks, such as dismantling wooden packaging and removing securing nails, when required. Maintain accurate outbound inventory documentation and conduct monthly inventory stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy and control.

Collect, review, and consolidate service reports and work orders submitted by Service Engineers and authorized distributors into standardized records. Conduct customer follow-up activities to assess service quality, gather feedback, and monitor customer satisfaction.

Provide on-site operational support to Service Engineers during customer visits, including travel to customer sites and assisting with service activities as required.

Qualifications

Diploma or above.

1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, service coordination, logistics, or a related role within the manufacturing or machinery industry is preferred.

Hands-on and physically capable of performing warehouse tasks, including unpacking equipment, dismantling wooden crates, and handling heavy machinery components when required.
