Job summary

HONOR is offering an internship in turkey's Marmara region where you will assist in daily warehouse tasks under mentorship. You will gain hands-on experience with data entry in the WMS and participate in stock counts and process improvements.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a relevant university program and can commit to at least 3 days weekly for 3 months. Benefits include mentorship, certification, and internship allowance plus subsidies.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university/college program in logistics, supply chain, business admin, or related field.
• Availability to commit to at least 3 days/week for a minimum of 3 months.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping under mentor guidance.
• Enter inventory data into the WMS accurately and maintain docs.
• Participate in regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Learn end-to-end logistics workflows and contribute to improvements.
• Support warehouse supervisor with admin or operational tasks.

Job description

• Operational Support: Assist in daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods under the guidance of a mentor.
• Data Management: Assist in the accurate entry of inventory data into the WMS (Warehouse Management System) and maintain organized documentation.
• Inventory Control: Participate in regular stock counts and assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Process Learning: Gain exposure to end-to-end logistics workflows and contribute to team discussions on operational improvements.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist the warehouse supervisor with other administrative or operational tasks as needed.

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUT

• Education: Currently enrolled in a university/college program, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Availability: Able to commit to at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform tasks that may require standing or walking for extended periods.
