Job summary

PTTX|Full-Process Solutions Provider for Transformers seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in Bursa region. You will oversee receiving, shipping, storage, returns and transfers, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient order fulfillment.

The role requires strong leadership and logistics planning skills, with focus on safety, cost control, and continuous process improvement. English support is needed for daily communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Turkish fluency required; English for daily communication.
• Strong management and coordination skills with logistics operations experience.
• Familiar with production processes, procedures, and working principles.
• Knowledge of production regulations and quality standards; solid management knowledge.
• Good ethics, communication and teamwork; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse receiving, shipping, storage, returns and transfers; ensure stock records match physical stock.
• Develop and implement warehouse work plans; allocate staff to ensure orders are shipped on time.
• Oversee 6S practices to keep warehouse neat and aisles clear.
• Establish/improve inventory management; conduct regular stocktakes and analyze discrepancies.
• Monitor turnover and report abnormal stock; optimize inventory structure.
