Job summary

Qualifications

We are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Manisa Plant. This role will be responsible forleading daily warehouse operations by driving employee performance, fostering teamwork, and achieving target operational efficiencies.

This role oversees production planning, execution of production, and the end-to-end management of 3PL overflow storage operations with a focus on continuous process improvement.

By managing loading, unloading, and warehousing activities alongside active utilization of warehouse automation systems, the role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and order alignment with clients and internal sales teams.Additionally, this roleclosely tracks and reports on logistics budgets and operational costs, procures daily warehouse supplies, works closely with Supply Planning and Customer Service teams, and maintains full compliance with all EHS, Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute at least one productivity improvement project annually.
• Maintain daily alignment with Customer Service team to drive year-over-year service level improvements.
• Lead weekly alignment meetings with 3PL providers to embed corporate culture and operational standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to build co-packer supplier capabilities.
• Maintain daily contact with transportation carriers to ensure optimal loading efficiency.
• Drive weekly Food Safety initiatives to sustain a high-standard compliance culture.
• Oversee stock transfers between the main plant and overflow warehouses.
• Ensure effective stock and inventory management, maintaining high count accuracy and inventory integrity.
• Take rapid daily action on dispatch schedules, mixed-pallet planning, and production plan revisions to maintain high service levels.
• Track core logistics KPIs and execute corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Indusrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
• Proven background supporting Inventory Control, Transportation, and Customer Logistics functions.
• Hands‑on experience with WMS and ERP software.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service and logistics excellence initiatives.
• Strong team player with a result‑driven, detail‑oriented approach.
• High analytical capacity with excellent professional written and verbal communication skills across internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record in team leadership and personnel management within warehouse and logistics operations.
